Bu araştırmanın amacı; öğretmen performans değerlendirme sürecinde yer alması istenilen çoklu veri kaynaklarının öğretmen ve okul yöneticileri tarafından belirlenip, öğretmenlerin ve okul idarecilerinin öz değerlendirme sonuçlarını incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini Çanakkale Merkez ilçe devlet okullarda çalışmakta olan öğretmen ve okul yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Tek soruluk açık uçlu soru ile performans değerlendirme sürecinde yer alması beklenen çoklu veri kaynakları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ‘Öğretmen Performans Değerlendirme Ölçeği’ ile öğretmenlerin öz değerlendirme verileri toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler yüzde, frekans, Anova ve Tukey testi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinin değerlendirme sürecinde ‘öz değerlendirme’ ye yer verilmesini bekledikleri ve ‘Değerlendirme + Öğrenci + Okul İdaresi’ çoklu veri kaynağını değerlendirme için uygun gördükleri sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğretmen ve okul yöneticilerinin öz değerlendirme sonuçlarında ise cinsiyet ve kıdem değişkenlerinde anlamlı istatistiksel farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir.
the purpose of this research was determined by the teacher and school managers of multiple data sources requested in the process of performance evaluation and examine the results of the self assessment of teachers and school administrators, the example of the research consists of teachers and school managers working in the central district state schools, the multiple data sources expected to be included in the performance evaluation process with the open-end question were also determined by the researcher with the ‘student performance evaluation assessment scale’ scale, the data obtained by the researchers were analyzed by frequency anova and tukey test in the research, the teacher and school managers were evaluated in the evaluation process and the evaluation of the statistical school is determined to be determined to be determined to be determined to be determined by the different values of the study
