Dil; toplulukların birbirleri ile anlaşmasını sağlayan, tarihî derinlik ve coğrafî genişlik doğrultusunda değişerek gelişen bir iletişim aracı ve sistemli bir düzenektir. Dilin çeşitli sosyal ve siyasal sebeplerle başka dillerle etkileşime girmesi beraberinde dilin iç ve dış yapısında değişmeler yaşanmasını getirir. Yaşanan değişmelerin esasını diller arası aktarılan ses, şekil özellikleri ve sözlüksel unsurlar oluşturur. Aktarılan unsurlar kültürel bağlantıları da temsil eder. Dilden dile aktarılan yapıların çoğunluğunu sözlüksel unsurlar oluşturur. Başka dilden alıntı yapmak yeni kavram ve nesneleri karşılamanın yollarından biridir. Konuşucu, kaynak dilde var olanı ya olduğu gibi ya da kendi dilinin özellikleri doğrultusunda ekleme veya birleştirme yoluyla veya anlam değişikliği ile alır ve yeni olanın muadili sayar. Türkçenin ek temelli bir dil olmasından hareketle yapılan bu çalışmada alıntı sözler, söz kökü olarak ele alınarak Türkçe kurallarla söz türetme imkânları açısından değerlendirilmektedir. Türkçe sözlükte yer alan alıntılar ek alma durumlarına göre tespit edilmiştir. Ek birleşmelerinin ortaya konulmasıyla Türkçe eklerin kelime türetmedeki işlerliği gösterilmiş, alıntılardan türemiş kelimeler sözlüğü oluşturulmuştur.
Language is a means of communication and a systematic order that allows communities to agree with each other, evolving and evolving according to historical depth and geographical width. The interaction of the language with other languages for various social and political reasons leads to changes in the internal and external structure of the language. The foundation of living changes is translated between languages by sound, shaped characteristics and vocal elements. The transmitted elements also represent cultural connections. The majority of the languages are translated from the language. Citating from another language is one of the ways to meet new concepts and objects. The speaker accepts what exists in the source language either as it is, or by adding or combining according to the characteristics of his own language, or by changing meaning, and counts the meaning of the new one. The words quoted in this study from the fact that Turkish is an additional-based language, are considered as a word root and are considered in terms of the possibilities of speech with Turkish rules. The citations in the Turkish dictionary are identified according to the additional conditions. With the appearance of additional combinations, the work in the word derivation of the Turkish supplements was shown, a dictionary of words derived from quotes was created.
