In this study, it is aimed to determine the relationship between venture capital investment companies' profitability based financial efficiencies and financial performance. Thereby, the 11 Company's current measures and cash ratios from the liquidity ratios of companies' performance measures under the years 2011-2016; the turnover rate from the activity rates; profitability ratio, net profit margin, financial structure or leverage ratio to debt ratio, borrowing rate and current ratio to measure profitability in data envelopment analysis as input and net profit margin as input and their financial performance has been measured. As a result, there was no significant relationship between the efficiency scores measured by the data envelopment analysis of the companies and the performance scores evaluated by the topsis method. The results of the analyzes show that the statistical findings of a company in financial terms are high in current ratio and cash ratio; the low debt ratio does not mean that the profitability of the company is high.
