With the rapid advancement of technology, the technological requirements for people are increasing more. The technological tools have been also using in education. In particular, the Internet technology so advanced that provides the sharing of information and also the sharing of virtual teaching materials. When all things considered the attitude of teachers' towards technology and using the technology in classroom has become important. The main aim of the study is to determine the private school teachers' attitudes and ideas about the utilization of technological tools. The current study has been conducted with 36 teachers and "Technology Attitude Scale" of 5 factors and 19 items, developed by Yavuz (2005) has been used as the data collection tool. In order to determine teachers' ideas about the utilization of technology in education, structured interview method has been employed on 6 teachers. According to the obtained data from the scale and interviews, the private school teachers' attitudes and ideas about the utilization of technological tools are positive.
