Today, ensuring organizational justice and job satisfaction in companies has importance. In the companies where organizational justice is met, job satisfaction, performance of employees and thus organizational performance is affected. The purpose of this study is analyzing relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction using statistical analysis methods. For this purpose, organizational justice and job satisfaction scales are applied to 181 people who are randomly selected amongst employees of two companies located in Izmit. The survey results are evaluated by entering into SPSS 22 software. As a result of correlation analysis conducted in order to research the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction, it was found a significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational justice of employees
