So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Emotional Intelligence is a sub form of social intelligence which is related with monitoring one's own or others' emotions and feelings, differentiating them and reflect the information gained in this process to thoughts and behaviors. The concept of emotional intelligence is one of the most important concepts associated with the achievements and skills of individual throughout life. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), regardless of the reward system, is a voluntary based individual behavior which helps organization to fulfill its functions as a whole in a useful form. The purpose of this study is analyzing relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior using statistical analysis methods. For this purpose, organizational citizenship and emotional intelligence scales are applied to 83 people who are randomly selected amongst employees of 3 companies located in Istanbul. The survey results are evaluated by entering into SPSS 22 software. As a result of research, it was found a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior.
