Social knowledge is a field of study where teaching and learning programs based on the acquisition, skill and value transfer appropriate to these disciplines are embedded in different disciplines. As is the case in other fields, the programs prepared for this study field are also changed and renewed by the relevant institutions and units due to the temporal sensitivity and need concepts at certain intervals. Scientific evaluation of these changes and innovations has a very important role in providing an idea to the program decision-making coordination, working and consultation groups. Studies on the analysis of the newly prepared programs have a very important role in giving feedback to the program builders. In studies aimed at enhancing the quality of this function, resorting to the views of field experts with the theme qualification of the program will speed up the process of establishing the program on sound foundations. The aim of this research is to evaluate the new social information program, prepared in 2017 and to be implemented in the fall semester 2017-2018, in line with the opinions of field experts. This research, which analyzes the opinions of field experts based on qualitative data analysis techniques, also utilized the NVivo 11 program in analyzing the opinions obtained in the form of semi-structured interviews involving questions related to research and creating models. As a result of the analysis, the encodings formed according to the opinions were formed in line with the common opinions of the experts. When the results of the research were examined, it was found that the field experts who constituted the study group had different perceptions regarding the social studies program.
