It can be said that there is no any agreement on the definition of the concept of organizational culture when reviewed the literature on cultural phenomena in organizations that has begun to take a ground swell of interest in the 1980s. The differences in research purposes and different conceptualization of the term by different paradigms having different epistemological, ontological and methodological assumptions cause to emerge a large but theoretically unintegrated literature. The main aim of this study is to discuss quantitative and qualitative research methods used in organizational culture studies theoretically.
