The purpose of this study is to describe perceptions of secondary school teachers on organizational justice, organizational trust, organizational citizenship behaviors and to examine the relationship among these variables. Study group are 1281 secondary school teachers; 721 working in general high schools and 560 in vocational and technical high schools. Two provinces were randomly seleceted from each of seven geographical regions. Data were collected by “Organizational Justice Scale” developed by Niehoff and Moorman (1993), “Organizational Trust in Colleagues Scale” developed by Hoy and Tschannen-Moran (2003, “Organizational Trust Scale” developed by Daboval, Comish ve Swindle and Gaster (1994) and “Organizational Citizenship Behaviours Scale” developed by Podsakoff ve MacKenzie (1989) later revised by Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman and Fetter (1990) anf Moorman (1991). Data were analyzed by using mean, t-test, ANOVA and corelation coefficients. Results demonstrated that teachers' “perception of organizational justice, organizational trust and organizational citizenship behaviors were very high. Organizational trust and organizational justice perceptions were siginificantly related to perceptions of organizational citizenship behaviors.
