Doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları gelişmekte olan ülkelere ekonomik kalkınmaları için büyük fırsatlar sunmaktadır. Beşeri sermaye oluşumuna katkı sağlayan ve teknoloji transferini artıran doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları, aynı zamanda yerli yatırımı teşvik ederek küresel pazarlara erişimi kolaylaştırmaktadır. Doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları Moğolistan ekonomisinde de önemli bir role sahiptir. Diğer pek çok gelişmekte olan ülkede olduğu gibi doğrudan yabancı yatırım çekmek Moğolistan’ın ulusal kalkınma stratejisinin önemli bir parçası haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Moğolistan’da doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının gelişimini incelemektir.
