As school success is measured with the qualifications of the student outcomes, social expectation towards improving the quality of education is increasing accordingly. Researches reveal that principals have influences on educational quality with some of their behaviors directly or indirectly. This qualitative study was conducted to discover principals' influences on instructional quality with some of their behaviors like talking to teachers and students on academic matters, giving feedback and valuing them, becoming a role model, encouraging teachers' professional development, focusing on teaching and learning and supporting relationships and collaboration among teachers. The sampling comprised of 40 teachers from 10 different schools determined by purposive sampling method. The data were collected with semi-structured questions with interview technique and analyzed with inductive content-analysis method. Results reveal that school principals' some behaviors have positive influences on instructional quality.
