So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

The Kipchaks in the Caucasus have been known since the early ages. However, from the tenth century on, their history and political structures have been well known. The Kipchaks spreading in a wide area from the North of Blacksea to Egypt, marked a leading role in political structuring of the existing states and shaping the ethnic structures of nations in the area between the centuries of X and XIII. Since they were crushed by the Mongols, increasing population of The Kipchaks in the Caucasus spreaded in a short time and contributed the region's ethnic structure in favor of Turks. While majority of The Kipchaks converted to Islam in the period of the Golden Horde and Timur, some groups christianized among the Armenians and Georgians
