So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

2008
Journal:
ISGUC The Journal of Industrial Relations and Human Resources
Author:
Abstract:

A New Management Tool: Opening Books
2008
Author:
Abstract:

Although the name was relatively newly heard, the question of whether open-source management (ADY) that dates back to the 18th century should be considered as an accounting approach or as a management tool has not yet been answered. This study focuses on the need for ADY to be considered as a new management tool, which includes many main headlines related to human resources management, such as education, remuneration, motivation, strengthening, including the views of Jack Stack and John Case, the leaders of the application.
