So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Özet Sosyal politikanın en önemli araçlarından biri olan sağlık hizmetleri, refah devleti uygulamalarında eğitim ve sosyal güvenlik gibi tüm vatandaşların ulaşması gereken temel bir hak olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada, refah devletinin en önemli unsurlarından biri olan sağlık hizmetleri uygulamalarında, sosyal politika ve refah devleti ışığında hangi süreçlerden geçildiği ve bu uygulamalarda dünyada gelinen son durum değerlendirilecektir. Buna ilaveten, gelişmiş olan sosyal, liberal ve muhafazakâr refah devleti modellerinde sağlık harcamaları ve hizmetleri OECD ve Dünya Sağlık Örgütü verilerinden faydalanılarak yorumlanacak ve Türkiye’deki rakamlar ile karşılaştırmalar yapılacaktır. Bu çalışma sayesinde, ortaya çıkan veriler doğrultusunda ülkemizde son yıllarda gerek kamu gerekse özel sektör sağlık hizmetlerinde mevcut hükümetin yaptığı yaygınlaştırıcı politikaların durumu ve geleceği ile ilgili projeksiyonlar yapılacaktır.
