Abstract:

  Today from undeveloped countries to advanced countries, media which takes place in almost all fields of social and individual life has turned out a representative power which can not be argued on earth. It was discovered by the observations and studies that mass media organs such as written press, internet, television which are noticeable with their informative and entertaining features have also harmful effects on children in addition to all these useful features. Uncontrolled broadcasting of news, films, soap operas, articles and etc. media organs which contain aggressive, violent, erotic and etc. behaviors and children’s facing with these unpleasant behaviors with any way prepare places for some problems in social life. One of the foremost difficulties is the children’s actions of substandard behaviors. Because the children encountering with negative or abnormal productions on media reflect these actions to real life by taking them as a model, and as a result they become convicted individuals. In this study, it is aimed to determine the reasons of why the children who are under the negative effect of media and also are performing criminal behaviors commit these actions, and at this issue which precautions can be taken by the government and individuals.
