This is a quantitative screening model research developed for building a learning school scale and determining the perception levels of the teachers who work in the elementary schools within the learning school system, examining the effect of seniority and graduation grade in the perception. The target of the research is the elementary school teachers who work in Istanbul. The sample group of the research is composed of 265 teachers selected randomly from the target group. “Learning School Scale” has been developed for the purpose of collecting data in the research. It has been shown whether or not the data collected by using this scale and perceptions of the teachers who join the research differentiate in line with seniority and graduation variations. In addition, the ability of regression that teachers’ seniority and graduation variations play a role on the grades of the learning school has been tested with a simple regression analysis.
