As it has been known, 16th century was the peak level in all areas for the Ottoman Empire as ornamentation too. It has been known that some authors and academics has already studied and written articles about the carpets which are classified as the "White backgrounded Uşak carpets” and termed as “Çintemanîli Carpets and Birdy carpets” in the period which is defined as the golden age of carpet area. The 1st author who has examined the issue, Riefstahl claims that the shapes of the carpets which also give defination to these carpets due to be looking like the birds, come from the floral arabesque motif and by comparing these patterns with the “arabesque” and “leaf” motifs, he has tried to explain that the patterns form with the leaves one sided to the right and ?
