This study was conducted to analyze prospective elementary school teachers attitudes towards inclusive education and 3’d and 4.th grade students, 130 students in total, studying in primary education department at Usak University were chosen randomly. The results of the study indicated that there was no significant difference in terms of gender. However, significant difference was found in terms of whether prospective primary education teachers received inclusive education or not. The study which is done to meet, obser students needing special eduation also indicated that prosetive teachers who have experience whit special needs students (Observing education context) got higher scores from the scale and difference between the scores was meaningful in other words, the attitude scores of prospective teachers who did not have direct experience whit students needing special education were seen to be low towards those students.
