In-service training is a process covering lifelong education. In-service teaching training includes a whole training process in which knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices needed to help students to gain the qualities aimed in education and professional knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices proven the deficiencies by scientific and socio-economic rights are given. This study investigated in-service training given to teachers and school heads at preschool education to secondary education. The data used in this study was gathered from Denizli Directory of National Education In-service Training Department. The data included the in-service teaching training programs and teachers and schools heads attended those programs. The results showed that in-service training activities designed for directors and teachers at pre-schools, primary schools and secondary schools in 201-2012 education term were done at level 63 %.
