So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

This research is studying at the Faculty of Education candidate teachers carried out to determine points of Turkey want to change the education system. The study was the spring semester of the 2010-2011 school years in different departments of Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Faculty of Education (Science, Pre-school, and Primary and Turkish teachers) who have been studying a total of 311 students was conducted on the first and fourth classes. Candidate teachers "Whether you can if you want to change the educational system, what would it be in three cases? Why? "-An open-ended question has been asked. The answers were analyzed by content analysis technique. It was created for the answers one by one reading the sentences, sentences in terms of proximity to each other, creating coded categories. The same process has been made by another faculty member to get reliability. Percentages and frequencies are based on the commentary. Almost half of the candidate teachers, higher and secondary result of the research center of the entrance examinations to the stated needs to be replaced. In addition, teachers low educational quality, not leaving the retired teachers have a certain seniority, teacher salaries are low, no grown up modern teachers, not enough financial supports to schools, too many students in classrooms, lessons for whole day, disparity between schools regions and students, education is intertwined with politics, length of education, poor quality of textbooks, teaching methods, knowledge learned in school can’t be transpired , the teacher appointment system, education system is not based on capacity, dysfunctional of vocational and technical education , vocational guidance, to not have possibility for graduates and paid training are conditions to be listed as.
