Abstract:

Through the history of mankind, many great empires founded, leave tracks and disappeared with the appearance of new superpowers. The United States of America, is an outcome of the West after a period of turmoil continued for centreies. After the Independence war against Europe, the United States of America, which was founded by the European descendent people, was developed within the old world in isolation. The United States of America could not be far from the outcoming problems after World War I and II while a drastic change in politics had put into effect. America both has powerful and weak spots. Using opportunities had great effect upon being powerful. America, which once had a positive prestige in the world around the 40s, had lost all its prestige during the periods of Vietnam, Somalia, Afghanistan and Iraq crisis. On the other hand, its throne of "being the only super power" in the 90's has been cracked due to the effects of new powers.
