As a term of Technology is explained in the dictionary as a processing of information, on the other hand the extended meaning of Technology is to produce by processing, researching and developing the data and provide a beter service. The use of these services is set free. Technology is used virtually in every parts of life. Every field gets and uses the appropriate technological item. Understanding of technology has changed considerably. Most of people think that technological developments adversely affected social relations.Because of this reason, some people avoid using technological tools.However common view about it is that technology makes most of people’s life easy. Humans are getting alone in accordance with the use of technology and along with this, the view “ individuality is emphasized” is criticized. It is impossible that both the young and the old can’t be indifferent to the technology. It is argued that nowadays especially under twenty youngs and children’s being too intertwined to technology -telephone-internet negatively affect the educational process. It is commonly believed that conflicts between two generations begins mainly at this point. This study try to detect two generations’ views on technological tools. In this content,it is tried to detect use of technology of young people under the age of thirty and old people over the age of sixty. Thus, this study will be a descriptive study in which a questionnaire will be applied to the people who are selected by randomly .
