The study examines the perceptions of personnel in hospitality companies about supervisor and peer support on job performance via the mediating roles of job and life satisfaction. Data are gathered from the four and five-star hotel serving in Cappadocia region. The analyses show that supervisor support positively affects job and life satisfaction and peer support affects only life satisfaction. Although supervisor and peer support have no direct influences on job performance, supervisor support affects it via job and life satisfaction and peer support affects it only via life satisfaction. In addition, it is found out in the study that job satisfaction has significant effects on life satisfaction
