Abstract:

The developments after the postmodern case of 17-25 December 2013 have revealed a doubtful situation that some public officials within the state’s execution and judicial jurisdiction have performed their services in the framework of law. This resulted in the government’s implementation of a number of legal and administrative arrangements on the subject. The hypothesis of the study was based on the idea that "the regulations made by the authorities after December 17-25 2013 are in place but not sufficient, and that the way to prevent these and similar structures from re-appearing in the Turkish Police Organization can be possible by the implementation of new security paradigms." The theoretical and thoughtful foundations of the new security paradigms have been formed by the doctrinal components of the new public administration that Christopher Hood has revealed. Literary studies have been conducted in the field as a method of study to test this hypothesis.
