Abstract:

A written text can get a better text status after conversions made by written and verbal methods or through a computer. In this study, the aim is to study how and how the computer is used in this process, along with the guidelines given to the writing skills addressed within the language teaching. In the study, the methods of document examination were used. With various keywords, a total of 95 studies have been achieved in the YÖK Thesis and Google Academic Databases. There are 34 research studies that include the skills given to writing. The data obtained by evaluating according to shortcomings such as studies, year of publication, type of research, method of research are described by percentage and frequency values. From the point of view of the method, the studies are usually designed by the karma method, then this ratio has been shown to be followed by quantum and qualitative methods respectively. The sampling levels assigned to the studies are mostly selected from the license level. There are also studies in which conversion efficiency is provided in most studies only by traditional methods or only by computers, while these two methods are used together. It is also studied which computer program is preferred in the use of the computer. Finally, the variables discussed along with the conversions given to the writing skills in the studies, and these variables were mostly discussed by self-evaluation and the evaluation of colleagues and teachers. The study found that computers and their programs were used in the periods given to their writing performance and that the use resulted in positive results.
