So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Teaching profession, 43 of the 1739 National Education Basic Law their duties according to the article on the education field is a specialized profession. Considered as guiding learning activities that occur in the classroom environment and instructional experience is one of the most important role assumed by teachers. The purpose of this study, teachers' instructional skills of teachers ideally should be about what is to clarify expectations. Research of the candidates, ideally to be aware of instructional skills and to accept them as a reference for the future is important. Classroom teacher, preschool teacher and social studies education departments last year studying in the 118 teacher candidates derived from the findings, the candidate of the majority of the items mentioned in the ideal instructional skills are very important and important thinks. Moreover, these ideals in their own instructional skills are seen in 45.8% partly satisfactory, however, partly self-sufficient in terms of training teachers for ideal instructional skills (39.8%) are seen. 93.2% of the candidates' educational ideals have skilled teachers who know all aspects of the students stated that teachers had. Also according to the candidates, in terms of teaching skills of teachers to reach the ideal level of experience (51.7%) is a condition that can perform.
