Taşınmaz satış vaadi sözleşmesi uygulamada çok sık başvurulan bir sözleşmedir. Taraflar bazı durumlarda taşınmaz satışını o an şartlar gerçekleşmediği için yapmak istemeyebilirler. Özellikle ön ödemeli konut satışlarında taraflar aralarında taşınmaz satış vaadi sözleşmesi yaparlar. Taşınmaz satış vaadi sözleşmesinin resmî şekilde yapılması zorunludur. Taşınmaz satış vaadi sözleşmelerinde uygulamada görevli ve yetkili mahkemenin belirlenmesi bakımından bazı sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu makalemizde öncelikle taşınmaz satış vaadi sözleşmesi genel hatları ile incelenecek daha sonra ise taşınmaz satış vaadinden kaynaklanan uyuşmazlıklarda görevli ve yetkili mahkemeye ilişkin çıkan sorunlarla ilgili açıklamalarda bulunulacaktır.
