Bu araştırmanın amacı, işletme yazını içerisinde oldukça önemli yeri olan Ulusal İşletmecilik Kongresi (UİK) ve Ulusal Yönetim Organizasyon Kongresi (UYOK)’nde stratejik yönetim başlığı altında 2010-2016 yılları arasında sunulan ve yayımlanan bildirilerin bibliyometrik profilini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmada bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda 2010-2016 yılları arasında stratejik yönetim başlığı altında sunulan 381 bildiri analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada ele alınan bildiriler yıllara, konularına, yazar sayılarına, metodolojik yönteme ve bildirilerin makaleye çevrilme oranlarına göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre stratejik yönetim alanının çok dar bir konu kapsamı çerçevesinde ele alınmadığı, özellikle stratejik yönetimle ilgili yeni kavramların da ortaya çıktığı söylenebilir. İlgili yıllarda yenilik, teknoloji, inovasyon ile birlikte tüm boyutlarıyla girişimcilik konularının ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. İlgili yıllarda yapılan çalışmalarda çok yazarlı çalışmaların artış gösterdiği de tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, yapılan bildirilerin makaleye dönüştürülme oranlarının yeterli düzeyde olmadığı da ortaya konulmuştur.
The aim of this research is to reveal the bibliometric profile of the reports presented and published between 2010-2016 under the strategic management title at the National Business Administration Congress (UIC) and the National Management Organization Congress (UYOK), which is a very important place in the business paper. The study used the bibliometric analysis method. In this context, 381 statements submitted under the strategic management title between 2010 and 2016 were analyzed. The reports discussed in the study were studied according to years, subjects, authors' numbers, methodological methodology and the rates of reporting into article. According to the results of the research, it can be said that the strategic management area is not addressed within a very narrow topic scope, and that new concepts related to strategic management are also emerging. In the relevant years, innovation, technology, and innovation, with all dimensions, entrepreneurship issues appear to be in the forefront. It has also been found that the work of many writers has increased over the years. Also, it is also found that the rates of conversion of the reports made to the article are not sufficient.
