Abstract:

It can be said that the fear, the violence and the values are crucial facts in individual and social well-being today as in the past. These facts, that could be investigated on a range continuum with their individual and social dimensions, constituted a base which effects on every kind of process from management styles to living styles in societies. Cultural dimension arises as a result of transformation of the fear, the violence and the values into a social adaptation tool, thus, it becomes a reference system which affects the inidividuals' behaviors. The fear and the individual value concepts were examined as cultural structures in this study. Hovvever, it was concluded that the violence is a fact that may be easily preferred, and the healthy social grovving process is highly related with the dominance of the fear or the values culture.
