The aim of this study is to evaluate whether the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty differ at the banks listed in the private, state and the participation banks and whether there is a correlation between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty among those banks. In this context, the questions are asked to the customer of those three types of banks (private, state and the participation banks) located in Konya and the survey results were made by usingSPSS 15.0. According to the analyzes in the light of the survey results obtained from 321 bank customers of the three types of banks; no difference is observed between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty but a strongpositive correlation is observed between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
