So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In this study, on the one hand rapid and uncontrolled urbanization and the government’s housing policies’ environmental effects on urban development in metropolitan cities were investigated, and on the other hand, related questions of poverty, inequality, deprivation, discrimination, and insecurity of various kinds of condition, which facing citizen who living metropolitan areas had been held in a general perspective. In recent years, metropolitan areas which display the highest growth rates were the areas where changes in land use patterns and speculative development have taken place. At the same time, these areas have turned into the demonstaration places of populer culture in the city through the settlement of luxury consumption products and leisure time activities there. But this type of urbanisation based on luxury private housing sites and residences that destroys the integrity, both visually and as a public living space of a reatively poor settlements, and creates a divided city. By globalization, which can be defined as the restructuring of industry and services, mobility of labor, and hegemonies of communication systems; spatial resolution have accelerated intensively and it has brought about a social inequality, inequality at distribution of income, sharpened by the hierarchy amongst the groups and has revealed a structure the socio-spatial layers of society which are polarized. These cities which have cheap and skilled labour potantial and show differencies from smallerscaled cities about the demand of the formation of housing and living environment as one of the the main subject of reproduction of work. But metropolitan development follows the expectation and demand of the actors who are also effective in regulating the land market. It’s clear that construction products, starting from production until end of life, in other words during their life cycle, may negatively affect the environment. To resolve this type of both personal and environmental poverty, there is an indispensable need for healthy urban politics for organize the possible forthcoming developments in the cities and to control the natural resource areas.
