The improvements called the new economy and having been experienced in information and telecommunication technologies in recent years have had a great impact on all units of the economy. By using information as a production factor, the law of diminishing productivity has been replaced by the low increasing productivity. As the productivity of classical production hes been improved with the new economy, the concept of production is being expanded by producing digital goods and services. In the new economy, on-line consumer behaviour as started to form while digital goods and services take their place in consumtion pattern. Information and telecomunication technologies are emerging as a factor changing the structure of markets in the new economy. As obstacles in front of market entrance and exıt decline, the ease of the possesing information is increasing tendencies appear in technology oriented sectors. The firms operating under these market conditions is determining the balance of production with respect to changing production conditions
