Nowadays, rapid changes are orienting the companies to adopt the relationship marketing. Relational marketing is an indispensable way in building customer dependence.In this work the effects of relational marketing on customer dependence has been made on insurance customers. In the research how relational marketing applications affect customer dependence. The research has been applied to the customers of insurance agencies in city centre of Kütahya. As a result of our analysis, we conclude that relationship marketing oriented applications of insurance companies which are to develop post-sale customer relationships and to offer customer services and to communicate with them permanently make their customers loyal
