So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, çalışanların iş doyumu ve iş doyumuna verdikleri önem derecesinin incelenmesidir. İş doyumu düzeyi ve iş doyumuna verdikleri önem derecesi "iş arkadaşları. fiziksel ortarri ve ücret, gelişme ve yükselme olanakları, yönetim biçimi ve çalışma olanakları" olmak üzere beş boyutta incelenmiştir. Araştırmada, kişisel bilgiler ve iş doyumu düzeyi ve iş doyumuna verilen öneme ilişkin soruların yer aldığı bir anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket, bir bankanın merkez örgütü ve şubelerinde çalışan 301 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Analizler sonucunda. çalışanların iş doyumu düzeylerinin ve iş doyumuna verdikleri önem derecesinin iş doyumu boyutlarına ve bazı kişisel değişkenlere göre farklılık gösterdiği saptanmıştır.
