So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

To obtain information about the religion is among the most basic human rights. International conventions necessitate that all the obstacles to access the religious education need to be abolished by states. Besides, the positive functions of the religion for people turn it into a reality that is worth to learn. Superior features of the Islam make religious education more mean-ingful. Today, each country which establishes its educational system on so-ciety’s needs and desires cares with the social peace and values education rejects the society’s degeneration benefits from religion and teaches reli-gious education at its schools; these countries do not see these cases as a conşict with their political system and secularism. The application in our country is parallel with this comprehension. However, there are some peo-ple who are against the religious education given by the state. They also claim that official religious education by the state is against the principle of human rights and is claimed to direct the children. However, these claims don’t reşect the truth. Because, the Islam has the developer features of the individual's personality, the society’s quality and the identity’s civilization. In addition, anyone has a right to receive the religious education and to re-quire from the state to provide the opportunity for religious teaching. At the same time, this is a part of the freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
