Women, as paid labour, participated to work force with the emergence of industrial revolution at the end of the 18 th.century, although they have been part of work (labour) with the beginning of human being. It has been supposed (assumed) that man and women workers are inequal conditions, but women workers being different from their men colleques in social and physiological sense, will be affected by the workplace conditions has lead us to conduct this research. In this aim, the problems that women, either manager or worker, face in the workplace and the reflections of these problems to their social life have been researched. The research has been limited to the shoping centres in Erzurum. It has been founded that women as manager or worker have not got enough work training, they start to work in early age, and also after mariage leave the job in early age because of the absence of social oppurtunities, nursery etc. in the workplace. It has been observed that the women, who have low education, have communication problems with their managers and domestic problems within family
