The value is the concept of common study subject of different social sciences. In the field of organizational behavior “values” are researched through an examination of the relationships between the value orientations and attitudes of organizations and employees. In addition to a gradual acquisition of an understanding of the importance of the concept of organizational culture, the significance of individual-organization value congruence has recently come to the fore. The aim of the study is to examine the theoretical bases of person-organization value congruence in organizations and the relationship between individual and organizational output of this congruence.
