This study aims to specify the discipline problems which teachers face in their classes and which they use both effectively and ineffectively ?when dealing with those problems. 69 junior high school teachers participated in this study and answered open-ended questions. Content analysis was conducted to analyze the data. Teachers? responses were coded and emerging themes were determined. In these themes, the percentage of each theme in total was determined. In conclusion, teachers reflected noise/talking, discipline problems regarding to course, classmates and school, students? behavioral problems and disinterest as discipline problems. When dealing with such problems the teachers reported both effective and ineffective ways in their personal views
