Abstract:

The main objective of the study is to measure, according to the opinion of the managers and teachers who work in the official primary schools, the scale of the materials expressed in the career development of the teacher, the level of the managers performing their duties. Under this main purpose, the model is used according to the variables related to the management and teachers' opinions, gender, seniority.The graduate school and service education. The study universe of research is formed by managers and teachers in Istanbul or Esenler District. The sample was formed by 12 directors and 91 teachers. Teachers’ general opinions are given in an average form. According to the personal variables, the gender, the teacher’s management variables have also been used to determine the differences according to the t test, the senior, the received service education and the one-way variance analysis for the source of the differences according to the graduated school variables.The variance analysis resulted in the TUKEY HSD test for the source of the differences in the variables where the differences appear. The results are explained in this context.
