Abstract:

The use of computer and computer-backed educational technologies in the school is expected to increase individual and organizational productivity and efficiency. For organizational and individual productivity, the school manager requires certain knowledge and skills in the field of technology as well as other qualifications. In this study, the changes that computers make in the school entry and school management process, the use of technology in school and school management, and the knowledge and skills foundations of the educational manager to lead this technology, especially in the Western countries, were tried to be assessed within a conceptual framework, taking into account the studies conducted in the Western countries.
