Abstract:

After the process of legal, bureaucratic and financial change of the Ottoman state marked by Tanzimat II. It is known that in the years of legitimacy, many new institutions were established differently from traditional structures and codes. and II. For those working in public service in the lawfulness circle, it is seen that corporate structures are established as an example of experience different from retirement and aid boxes, and they are operating with modern financial instruments and transactions.   The main objective of employees in their salary periods was to increase their savings with the means they will obtain the interest return and the humidification of their savings in different investment areas, and again to see the function of solidarity through institutional loans, the main objective of these companies. The Teavün and Economic Company for Trade and Nafia Nezareti employees was founded in 1908 with the aim of increasing the savings and assistance of the staff working in the officers and officers. In this short study, we included information about the company’s organization, the administrative organization, capital structure, the debts it will give and the bonds it will offer for sale, and the cleaning processes planned to take place at the end of the decade. With the documents we obtained, we addressed the two-year capital accumulation during the 1908-1910 cycle, account summaries and the values and interest accounts of the purchased bonds.
