The main purpose of this study is to make a comparative analysis of the attitudes of the pre-service teachers from some of the teacher trainee programs in Faculty of Education, Erciyes University towards environmental issues in terms of different variables. This is kind of a descriptive study was carried out with scanning model. “Questionnaire of Attitudes towards Environmental Issues” was used in the study to gather data. T-test for the variables of gender and place of study, degree program, the parents ANOVA for the variables used in education. ANOVA test of the difference resulting from the Tukey test was used to determine which groups are in favor. According to the evidence obtained through the study, there is no difference between the variables such as gender, the undergraduate program in which they study, the place they lived before attending to university and the attitudes of pre-service teachers towards environmental issues. But there is a meaningful difference between the attitudes and variables such as the education levels of their parents on behalf of the parents with higher education levels. The attitudes of pre-service teachers participated in the study towards environmental issues were found to be in the middle level.
