Psikolojik rahatlık algısı çalışanların işyerindeki olumlu proaktif davranışlarında diğer çalışanların tepkilerine göre şekillenmektedir. Çalışanların yapıcı öneri ve geri bildirimlerinde diğer çalışanlar olumsuz tepki verdiğinde psikolojik rahatlık algısının düzeyinin düşük olduğu söylenebilir. Psikolojik rahatlık algısının kişilerarası güvene dayalı oluştuğu da araştırmalarda ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada psikolojik rahatlık algısının lidere güven algısı ve işyeri yalnızlığı arasındaki ilişkisinde aracı rolü incelenmiştir. Lidere güven algısı işyerinde çalışanların liderlerden beklentilerinin gerçekleşebileceğine yönelik inancıdır. İşyeri yalnızlığı çalışanların arzuladıkları nitelikte ve nicelikte ilişkiye sahip olamama durumu olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Sinop il ve ilçelerinde görev yapan 170 hemşire çalışmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle toplanan veriler SPSS 21 uygulaması ile analiz edilmiştir. Sonuçlara bakıldığında psikolojik rahatlık algısının lidere güven ve işyeri yalnızlığı arasındaki ilişkide tam aracılık etkisi gösterdiği gözlenmiştir. Abstract:

The perception of psychological comfort is formed according to the reactions of other employees in the positive proactive behavior of employees at work. In employees’ constructive suggestions and feedback, it can be said that when other employees react negative, the level of psychological comfort perception is low. Research has also found that the perception of psychological comfort is based on interpersonal trust. In this study, the role of the mediator in the relationship between the perception of psychological comfort and the perception of trust in the leader and the loneliness in the workplace has been studied. Leadership confidence perception is the belief that employees in the workplace can fulfill their expectations from leaders. Workplace loneliness is defined as the condition that employees are unable to have a relationship in the quality and quantity they want. 170 Nurses and Nurses Working in the Province of Sinop are an example of the work. The data collected by the face-to-face survey method was analyzed with the SPSS 21 application. The findings show that the perception of psychological comfort has a full mediation effect on the relationship between leadership confidence and workplace loneliness. Psychological safety perception is determined through the reactions of the other employees when an employee act in proactive way. Psychological safety is thought to be negative when other employees react in negative way against suggestion or efforts of an employee. According to the studyings psychological safety arised through interpersonal trust in an organization. The mediation effect of psychological safety on the relation between trust in leader and  workplace loneliness is studied in this research. Trust in leader is defined as the belief of employees for leaders in that leaders  act in line with employees expectancies. Workplace loneliness is the situation of deficiencies of qualified and quantified relationships in workplace.  170 nurses working in Sinop and its districts are composing sample group of research. The datas gathered through face to face questionnaires are analyzed with SPSS 21 application.
