Bu çalışmanın amacı 2011 yılından itibaren yürürlükte olan “Sporda Şiddet ve Düzensizliğin Önlenmesine Dair 6222 Sayılı Kanun” kapsamında rekreatif amaçlı maçları takip eden taraftarların görüşlerinin incelenerek söz konusu yasa hakkında taraftarlara, kurum ve kuruluşlara öneriler sunmaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 6222 sayılı kanun kapsamında en az 1 defa ceza almış olan gönüllü 20 katılımcıdan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma da hem nicel hem de nitel yöntemin birlikte kullanıldığı karma yöntem tercih edilmiştir. Nicel verilerin değerlendirilmesinde betimsel istatistik, nitel verilerin analizinde ise içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel bulgularına göre rekreatif amaçlı maçları takip eden taraftarların %50’si destekledikleri takımın maçına giderken alkol- uyuşturucu kullandıklarını, aynı zamanda %50 oranında katılımcı da maç esnasında tribünde fiziksel şiddete başvurduklarını ifade etmeleri dikkat çekici bulgulardandır. Nitel bulgulara göre ise araştırmamıza dâhil olan taraftarların %40’ı “spor alanlarında taşkınlık yapma-tesislere zarar verme”, %25’i spor alanlarına sokulması yasaklı madde taşıma, %20’si hakaret içeren tezahüratda bulunma ve %15’i ise ve spor alanlarına usulsüz seyirci girişi fiillerinden dolayı cezai işlem gördüklerini belirtmişlerdir. Taraftarların futbolda şiddete ilişkin görüşleri ise 10 alt temada toplanmıştır.
The aim of this study is to review the opinions of the fans who follow recreational matches in the framework of "Sports Violence and irregularity Prevention Act No. 6222" which is in force since 2011 and to present suggestions to the fans, institutions and organizations on this law. The study group consists of 20 volunteers who have been punished at least once under the law number 6222. Research has also preferred the karma method in which both quantum and quality methods are used together. In the evaluation of quantum data, visual statistics were used, while in the analysis of qualitative data, the method of content analysis was used. According to the survey’s quantitative findings, 50% of the fans who followed the recreational matches said they used alcohol and drugs when they went to the match, and 50% of the participants said they applied to physical violence during the match. According to the quality findings, the fans who included our survey said that 40% of them “do not hurt the sports facilities”, 25% of them were banned from transporting the sports facilities, 20% of them were in offensive manifestations and 15% of them were sentenced to criminal proceedings for the fact that they were wrongly entering the sports facilities. The opinions of supporters on violence in football have been gathered in 10 sub-themes.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the opinions of fans following the matches for recreational purpose within the scope of “Law No. 6222 on Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports” being in force since 2011 and to offer suggestions to fans, institutions and organizations concerning relevant law. The research group of the study consists of 20 volunteer participants who have been punished at least once under the Law No. 6222. In this study, a mixed method in which both quantitative and qualitative methods are used together is preferred. In the evaluation of quantitative data, descriptive statistics are used while content analysis method is used in the analysis of qualitative data. According to the quantitative findings of the study, it has been surprisingly determined that 50% of fans following the matches for recreational purpose use alcohol-drug when they go to the match of the team supported and 50% of the participants express to resort to physical violence in the stadium during the match.As per the qualitative findings, it has been stated that criminal action has been taken for the 40% of participant fans due to actions of “making a scene in sports fields-damaging facilities”, 25% of them for “carrying prohibited substance to the sports fields”, 20% of them for “cheering through insult” and 15% of them for “irregular entrance of audience to the sports fields”.Fans' opinions about violence in football are collected under 10 sub-themes.
