Bu çalışmada okul güvenliğinin okul yöneticisi, öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma betimsel tarama modeline göre tasarlanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini 2016-2017 eğitim öğretim yılında Uşak il ve ilçe merkezindeki ilkokullar ve ortaokullarda görevli rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 346 öğretmen ve 4.5.6.7.8. sınıflarda öğrenim gören 549 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri “Okul Güvenliği Ölçeği” kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularında öğretmenler öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Okul yöneticileri öğretmenlere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Erkek öğretmenler kadın öğretmenlere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Kız öğrenciler ise erkek öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli bulmaktadır. Öğretmen görüşlerine göre öğretmenlerin meslekteki kıdemi, okuldaki hizmet süresi, okulun eğitim durumu, okulun bulunduğu yerin sosyo-ekonomik durumu ve okul mevcudu okul güvenliğine ilişkin görüşlerini etkilemiştir. Öğrenci görüşlerine göre ise ilkokul öğrencileri, ortaokul öğrencilerine göre okulu daha güvenli bulmuştur. Dördüncü sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilerin, 5-6-7-8. sınıfta öğrenim gören öğrencilere göre okulu daha güvenli buldukları saptanmıştır. This study is aimed at examining school safety according to the opinion of the school manager, teacher and student. The work is designed according to the visual scan model. The sample of the study was made by 346 teachers selected by the random sample method in the primary and secondary schools in the Uşak province and district center in the 2016-2017 educational year and 549 students studied in 4.5.6.7.8. The data of the study was obtained using the "School Safety Scale". According to the research, teachers find the school safer than students. School managers find the school safer than teachers. Men teachers find school safer than women teachers. Girls find school safer than boys find school safer. The teachers’ opinions have influenced the teachers’ attitude in the profession, the time of service in the school, the educational status of the school, the socio-economic status of the place where the school is located, and the school presence has influenced their opinions on the school safety. According to students, primary school students found the school safer than high school students. Students studying in the fourth class found the school safer than students studying in the 5-6-7-8 class. Keywords: school safety, school safety, violence, abuse
