Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul öğrencilerinin çevreye yönelik tutumlarını çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Araştırma, 2016 yılında Ankara’nın farklı sosyoekonomik düzeylere sahip ilçelerindeki ortaokullarda öğrenim gören 208 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan iki faktörlü Çevresel Değerler Modeli (2-ÇDM) tutum ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Ölçeğin tamamına ait güvenirlik ,88 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçek, 5’li likert tipte olup iki faktör ve 20 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Veriler, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve scheffe tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, öğrencilerin çevre tutum puanları ile cinsiyet, fen bilimleri dersi not ortalaması, anne ve babanın eğitim durumu ile mesleği, ailenin gelir durumu ve çevre kuruluşuna üyelik durumu arasında anlamlı farkılıklar bulunmuştur.
The aim of this study is to study the attitudes of high school students towards the environment in terms of various variables. The study was conducted in 2016 with 208 students studying in secondary schools in the districts of Ankara with different socio-economic levels. The data was collected by the two-factor environmental values model (2-CDM) attitude scale adapted by the researchers to Turkey. The total reliability of the measurement is calculated as 88. The scale is 5 type of liquid and consists of two factors and 20 substances. The data has been analyzed through t-test, one-way variance analysis and shiffe technique. As a result, there have been significant differences between the students’ environmental attitude scores and gender, the science class score average, the educational status of the mother and father and the profession, the income status of the family and the status of membership in the environmental organization.

The scale is of 5-point Likert type and consists of two factors and 20 items. The data were analyzed by t-test, one-way analysis of variance and scheffe technique. As a result, significant differences were found between the students' environmental attitude scores and each of the following variables: gender, science course grade point average, mother's and father's educational status and profession, family income status, and membership of environmental organization.
