Abstract:

The Uighurs are highlighted by religious and cultural changes in Turkish history. The second characteristic of this gendarmer who accepted the Manichism at the time of Bögü Kağan is that it is the first Turkish community to pass to the established order. These radical changes in the system of necessity beliefs and in the way of life have been a serious reflection of language, literature and art. The tradition of writing records that indicate the professions that are characteristic of the Uyghurians should also be related to their early steps into the city life. The effort of the Uighurs to write these experiences and knowledge about the elements related to the established order, such as agriculture, architecture, trade, compared to the other Turkish peoples, has made them different again. Knowledge and experience transmitted verbally from centuries to centuries, using the English language of the XVIII and XIX centuries. It was written in the centuries with the name “Risale”. According to the information transmitted by the editors Öger and Tek (s. V), these records are handwriting texts; agriculture, commerce, trees, shepherds, sepetics, stumbling, leather, cooking, and more handwriting texts in the form of a mobile book. According to the researchers, there are today about 120 reports on 40 professions in many countries, including Sweden, Russia, France, mainly China. Risāle-i Nemed-Māllık, in Turkey's Turkish language, is such a work.
