It is possible to express that e-commerce which is accepted as a product of new economy, will continue to form and change the economy and the companies in every way today and the future. Especially e-commerce has a different importance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMSs) which are accepted the engine of today's economy. E-commerce has an important role and chance for SMSs in attaining to the global world markets more ea-sly, faster, cheaper and more effectively. In connection with this, it can be said e-commerce provides a great compétition advantage and more productive working environment for SMSs. The aim ofthis study is to examine the contribution of e-commerce which is evaluated as ungiven up compétition device, to SMSs'productivité in Turkey.
