Abstract:

In this study, the aim is to identify the cultural beliefs at the social level, the five-dimensional cultural values scale developed by Hofstede, which is addressed in an individual context, the individual cultural values scale of Yoo, Donthu and Lenartowicz (2011) is to be adapted to the Turkish. For this purpose, five-stage techniques were used consisting of the first translation, the first translation assessment, the replication, the replication assessment and the expert opinion. The study of linguistic equality has been done, has been shown to have a high-level, positive and meaningful relationship. An application was made on a total of 245 teachers working in the primary schools in Ankara, Mamak, Gölbaşı and Çankaya district centers. According to the values obtained in the AFA, the substances in the scale are determined to have a good distinctive character and the scale retains its original structure of 26 substances. The total variance revealed by five factors was 57,53 percent. The KMO value of the scale is .816 . Scale, power distance, avoidance of uncertainty, collectivism, long erosion and erosion reflects the five-factor structure.
