Makalemizin konusu İbn ‘Akîl’in (ö. 769/1367) Şerhu İbn ‘Akîl ‘alâ Elfiyyeti İbn Mâlik adlı eserinin istişhâd yöntemidir. Bu çalışma ile söz konusu eser bağlamında müellifin istişhâd yöntemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmamızın amacı İbn ‘Akîl’in söz konusu şerhini inceleyip, müellifin istişhâd metodunu ortaya koymaktır. İbn ‘Akîl, hicri sekizinci asırda yaşamış olup Arap dilinin önemli âlimlerdendir. İbn ‘Akîl, İbn Mâlik’in (ö. 672/1274), el-Elfiyye’sini okuyanın anlayabilmesi için sade ve anlaşılır bir şekilde şerh etmiştir. Şerhe eklediği açıklamalarla ona büyük bir zenginlik katmıştır. Ayrıca İbn ‘Akîl’in söz konusu eseri incelendiğinde istişhâd yöntemine büyük bir önem verdiği görülmektedir. İbn ‘Akîl, eserinde başvurduğu istişhâd kaynakları Kur’ân-ı Kerîm âyetleri, Kur’ân-ı Kerîm Kırâatleri, hadisler, Arap şiiri ve sözleridir. Bu istişhâd kaynakları içerisinde ise en çok Kur’ân-ı Kerîm âyetleri ve Arap şiirini kullanmıştır.
The subject of our article is Ibn ‘Aqîl. 769/1367) Sherhu Ibn ‘Akîl’ al-Alfiyyeti Ibn Mâlik’s work is the method of consultation. In this case, it is the method of the work that has been developed in the framework of the work. The purpose of this work is to explore the subject of Ibn ‘Aqîl and to reveal the method of consultation. In the eighth century, Ibn ‘Aqîl lived in the Hicri and was one of the most important scientists of the Arabic. by Ibn ‘Abdullah, Ibn ‘Abdullah, 672/1274), he praised El-Elfiya in a simple and clear way for the reader to understand it. He added a great wealth to him with his explains. And it is also clear that when it comes to the explanation, it is a great deal of attention to the method of the explanation. The subject matter of our article is the istishad method of Ibn ‘Akîl’s work called “Şerhu İbn ‘Akîl ‘alâ Elfiyyeti İbn Mâlik” (d. 769/1367) . In context of this study with this work , the author’s istishâd method is tried to be revealed. Hencefort, the aim of this study is to examine the Ibn ‘Akîl’s aforesaid explanation and to reveal the author’s istishad method. Ibn ‘Akîl (d. 769/1367) lived in the Hijri eighth century and was one of the significant scholars of the Arabic language. Ibn ‘Akîl explained Ibn Malik’s (d. 672/1274) el-Elfiyya in order to be able to understand in a simple and understandable way for the reader. What’s more, he added a great wealth to the interpretation with his explanations. Furthermore, when Ibn ‘Akîl's work is examined, it is seen that he gives great importance to the istishad method. As to the sources of istishad Ibn ‘Akîl, which he applied in his work are the verses of the Holy Quran, the Holy Quran, hadiths, Arabic poetry and words. Among these sources of istishad, he used mostly the verses of the Holy Quran and Arabic poetry.
